Waterproof Polysulfide Sealant

The sealant is double-components cream,component A is white polysulfide sealant, component B is black curing agent, mix ratio 12:1 to 10:1. The polysulfide sealant used for waterproof joint sealing or caulking in subway,tunnel,driveway,highway,bridge, natatorium, cistern, hydro powerstation, sewage treatment, water supply and drainage system.

The sealant is a netural substance, main characters:

1. non-toxic,no pollution,
2. anti-mildew, anticorrosion
3. waterproof, good resistance to oil,acid,alkali
4. Tack free time less 24 hours, waterproof test can be carried out at 7 days, maxium adhesion will get in 28 days.

Instructions:

1. Clean working surface, make it dry, no dirt.
2. Mix component A and B by ratio 12:1 to 10:1(in lower temperature use more component B, high temperature use less component B), fully mix two components until mixer’s color looks pure, well-distributed.
3. Inject the mixer into joint by sealant gun, use trowel make surface plain.
4. Use any waterproof cloth(fabric) keep the joint surface from rain or water in 24 hours.

Remark: The mixer should be used up in two hours,otherwise it will become hard, not easy for injecting.
