Silicon Sealant (rtv sealant)
From curing process view, there are two kinds of silicone sealant, single-group and double group. The curing process of single-group silicone sealant is depend on humidity of air(rtv sealant), the double-groups silicon sealant can’t cured individually,it's curing process is happen when two group sealants were mixed.From chemical properties view, silicone sealant have two types, acid sealant and neutral sealant. Acid sealant has more competitive price than neutral sealant, but acid silicone sealant is easy reaction with alkaline material,gradually, it replaced by neutral silicone sealant.
Silicone Tech is able to produce both high quality neutral silicon sealant and cost-efficent acid sealant, used for glazing of window & door(rtv sealant), aluminium curtain wall, stone curtain wall, joint sealant of metal,aluminum and ceramic tile. Primer free for most material.
Polysulfide Sealant
Bio-component Polysulfide sealant is a kind of liquid polysulfide rubber based sealant, has good adhesion for steel, aluminium, glass and concrete. Polysulfide sealant also has good sealability and waterproofing ability even in vibration, tensile strength and high&low temperature condition.Silicone Tech’s Polysulfide sealant use for joint seal and adhesive of insulating glass, airport runway, express road.
