Structural Silicone Sealant ST-820
ST-820 structural sealant is a type of neutral, single-component silicone sealant, free primer, most used for building curtain wall and outdoor structural project.
Features:
- Neutral cured in room temperature (RTV)
- Superior adhesion for most building material, particularly for glass and aluminum material .
- Superior weatherability, good adaptability in low and high temperature.
- Non corrosivity and non-pollution to environment
- Bear joint movement capability of ±25%, High elasticity and high modulus.

NOTES
1. Pre-testing should be carried out for test compatibility and adhesive property of project materials
2. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water immediately.
3. Avoid long-term contacting with skins, placed carfully, avoid children touch.
4. Avoid contaminating food, medicine or cosmetics, etc
Restricted application:
The silicone sealant should avoid used in followed conditions:
- The building materials who may exude grease, plasticizer or solvent, etc
- The place where be absolutely sealed and insulated air. (cured process need air)
- Vulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber.
- Mix other kind of sealant
- Before inject sealant, the joint which undertake high structural strength, suffering excessive friction or physical destroy.
- Frosted or humid surface.
- Applying on chrome plated surface carefully,consultate our specialists in case of necessary.
