MF881F Fireproofing Silicone Sealant
MF881F silicone sealant is a two-components,neutral silicone sealant, a ideal nonburning sealant, Curing time adjustable, free primer for most building material.

Range of Application:
MF881F silicone sealant is a ideal material for fireproofing and weatherproofing assembly of curtain walling, doors ,windows, building facades and expansion joints where a Fireproofing Class is required. It is also suitable for use in penetrable sealing systems, such as pipes and cables pass need throug fire rated structures.
Package:
MF881F Silicone Structural Sealant includes Com A and Com B which is packed by the weight ratio of 12:1.
Large Package: Com A 200L/Metal barrel (Interior diameter: 570mm)
Com B 20L/Plastic barrel (Interior diameter: 285mm)
Medium Package: Com A 20L/ Plastic barrel (Net weight: 25kgs)
Com B 310ml/Plastic cartridge（Net Vol.: 310ml）
Storage:
Shelf-life: 12 months stored in cool(below 27℃), dry and ventilated places.
NOTES
1. Pre-testing should be implemented for verify compatibility and adhesive property of project materials.
2. Com B should not be exposured for long time, because of it will react with humidity of air.
3. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
4. Avoid long-term contacting with skins.
5. Avoid contact food, medicine or cosmetics, etc
Restricted application:
MF881F silicone sealant should avoid used in followed conditions:
- The building materials who may exude grease, plasticizer or solvent, etc
- Surface of vulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber.
- Mix other kind of sealant
- The joint which undertake high structural strength, suffering excessive friction or physical destroy.
- Frosted or humid surface.
