Synthetic turf glue, Liquid Glue

STC synthetic Turf glue is a solvent based synthetic grass/turf and external sports surface glue. It is specifically formulated to bond butylbenzene,polyurethane or open weave polypropylene backed synthetic grass to concrete, asphalt,exterior grade timber and paved surfaces for interior and exterior conditions. The glue is ideal for use around swimming pools, balconies and other out-door recreational areas.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces to be bonded shall be dry, smooth, sound and clean.
Subfloors must also be free of wax, grease & hydrostatic pressure. The synthetic grass backing must be inspected before installing. It must be free of oil, dust or other loose or flaking surface contaminants.

Application:
Rough cut and layout carpet according to manufacturer's instructions. Spread adhesive
with the recommended notched trowel. Adhesive must be tacked up before floorcovering is lowered. Tack-up time will depend upon atmospheric conditions and can be determined by placing a small piece of floorcovering into the adhesive. When the floorcovering is pulled away, strings of adhesive should be apparent. If no tack or holding power has developed, wait five minutes re-checking every few minutes thereafter. Complete the installation according to floorcovering manufacturer's instructions. Do not allow heavy traffic for 24 hours. All seams must be sealed. Do not use in rain or if rain is expected during or immediately after laying.

Storage & Shelf Life
Store in cool, dry conditions and out of direct sunlight. Store away from flames and ignition
sources. When not using the adhesive, ensure the lid is always on and tightly sealed. In colder
climates, the product should be preconditioned to 20°C before use.
Shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture when stored in the original unopened container at normal room conditions.
