Range of Application:
MF840 polysulfide sealant is specilized for manufacture insulating glass.
MF840 polysulfide sealant has lower viscosity, so it suitable for automatic production line as well as manual operation. The polysulfide sealant also can cooperated with butyl sealant.
Package:
MF840 Polysulfide has three packages:
Large Package: Com A 300kg/ barrel, Com B 30kg/barrel
Medium Package: Com A 30kg/ barrel, Com B 3.6kg/barrel
Small Package: Com A 4kg/ barrel, Com B 0.48kg/barrel
Storage:
Shelf-life: 12 months stored in cool(below 27℃), dry and ventilated places.
NOTES
- Polysulfide sealant can’t mixed with silicone sealant, because the adhesion of mixed sealant not stable.
- The operating temperature should not below 5℃, because the curing time will be influenced when below 5℃.
