FS-210 Butyl Sealant
INTRODUCTION
FS-210 is 100% butyl sealant for primary sealing, solvent free, non-fogging and permanently plasticity. The butyl sealant has good temperature adaptability, it keeps good plasticity,sealing quality and don't change hardness and surface quality in width extensive range.
The FS-210 butyl sealant has good adhesion to glass, aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. There will construct a anti-humidity system when it work together with other sealant .
APPLICATION
The FS-210 mainly used for the primary sealing of insulating glass.
APPLICATION METHODS
The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. FS-210 injected by butyl extruding machine (extruder) in IG production line. The preferred range of temperature is 100℃ to 150℃. We recommand operating environment temperature not lower than 10℃.
