MF-DJ910 hot melt Butyl Sealant

INTRODUCTION
MF-DJ910 is a kind of butyl sealant of single component, solvent free, non-fogging and permanently plasticity. The butyl sealant has very good high and low temperature adaptability, it keeps good plasticity,sealing quality and don't change hardness and surface quality in width temperature range.The MF-DJ910 butyl sealant has excellent adhesion to glass, aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel.Benefit from its extremely vapor penetrability, there is a excellent anti-humidity system when it work together with other sealant .

APPLICATION
The MF-DJ910 mainly used for the primary sealing of insulating glass, we recommend use with our silicone sealant or polysulfide sealant together for get most efficient result.

APPLICATION METHODS
The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. MF-DJ910 can be applied by butyl extruding machine (extruder) of special hot melt butyl sealant of IG production line. Its concrete condition can be achieved by adjusting temperature and pressure. The preferred range of temperature is 100℃ to 150℃. The operating environment temperature is recommended not to be lower than 10℃.
